A RE-CREATION OF A BATTLE
FOUGHT DURING
THE AMERICAN CIVIL WAR

Time:    Saturday 12pm, repeated Sunday 12pm

   The first major battle of the civil war was a shock to both sides. Green troops under the command of inexperienced officers fought a battle marked by confusion and ineptitude. The Union, expecting to crush the Confederates with a bold outflanking manoeuvre, were shocked to find their men and officers fleeing in a complete rout at the end of the day.

   This battle, using the Fire & Fury system, has special rules to recreate the difficulties faced by both sides in using amateur armies.

The battle will be run on Saturday, and repeated on Sunday.
There will be five commands available for players to try their hands at.
