There are some
simple rules the AGA asks you to abide by at PANDEMONIUM for the safety
and enjoyment of all Convention participants.
-
From Friday September 17th to
Sunday September 19th the AGA Premises will be closed to regular users.
AGA Members are asked to remove relevant items of Gaming material they
will require for that weekend beforehand.
-
Please be thoughtful and considerate
of other Gamers. Courtesy and manners are always appreciated.
-
You must have your PANDEMONIUM
ticket on your person at all times when entering the AGA Premises or participating
in an Event. Please produce your ticket on request by a Convention Official,
else you may be requested to re-pay the Convention Entrance Fee or asked
to leave the AGA Premises. If you lose your ticket at any stage please
see the Site Co-ordinator to obtain a replacement.
-
No smoking on Premises.
-
No illicit or illegal drugs
will be tolerated at the Convention. Anyone believed to be under the influence
or in possession of such substances will be asked to leave the AGA Premises
at the discretion of Convention Officials.
-
The AGA Premises are licensed
and alcohol is available across the bar to those people over the age of
18. Please do not bring your own supply of alcohol, as the AGA's liquor
licence does not cover BYO beverages.
-
Please do not bring any weapons
(such as firearms of any sort, foam weapons, knives, replica weapons, swords,
water pistols and the like) to PANDEMONIUM. If an Event uses a prop such
as a weapon the Game Master or Umpire in charge of the Event will supply
it.
-
Take care when using other people’s
property. If you break something that belongs to the AGA, please inform
the Site Co-ordinator sooner rather than later.
-
Please keep your Gaming area
clean and tidy it up after you've finished Gaming, other players have to
use the Premises over the weekend.
-
Neat, clean casual attire is
a minimum required to enter the AGA Premises.
-
If you miss a Gaming session,
then another session will be arranged only at the discretion of the PANDEMONIUM
Organisers and the Game Master or Umpire in question.
-
If you are more than 30 minutes
late to a Gaming Session, you forfeit your position in that Event.
-
A Game Master's or Umpire's
decision is final. If you incessantly argue with a Game Master, or continue
to disrupt a Game, you may be disqualified from that Game by the GM or
a Convention Official.
-
If you actively disrupt a Game,
or continually annoy a Gaming Group whilst a Game is in progress, you may
be asked to leave the Convention by a Convention Official.
-
If you fail to adhere to any
of these rules, the Convention Organisers reserve the right to disqualify
you from the PANDEMONIUM Convention.
-
If you have a problem at any
stage, please seek out the Site Co-ordinator.
-
Above all, common sense and
goodwill should be the two utmost rules you’ll need to follow at PANDEMONIUM.
