KUDOS - “GLORY TO THE VICTORS OF THE NEW AGE”
A number of
mysterious disappearances have been occurring all over Adelaide of late
that have baffled police and mystified the community in general.
It all started when homeless people lurking about town suddenly started
dropping in numbers… Now average, ordinary people are disappearing
from the streets of Adelaide left, right and centre with no one possessing
any clue as to why this is happening!

Perth is in the grip of a darkness, the result of excesses of the 80’s, and the rise of unchecked evils. If vigilance is the price of freedom, then damnation is the cost of decadence. All things have suffered and there are the “Interesting Times” of the old Chinese curse.
The Sabbat has unleashed their assault to conquer the city – both succeeding and somehow failing. They rule the city, after the Camarilla have seemingly gone to ground, but have failed to claim the heads of the former Kindred of the city. The longer the uneasy situation lasts the weaker each side becomes, unsure of their hold on power, and all too ignorant of the true threats in their midst.
These are the days when glory can be earned, fortunes can be made and destinies realised or everything may come to naught, and the darkness will overwhelm us all.
You can choose your fate, and possibly the fate of the city…
Will you rise
to the challenge?

Battletech -
FASA's Game where giant 2-storey sized 'Mechs go out and fight battles
and wars all in the name of glory, honour, and ancient grudges. The
year is 3060... Players play mercenary 'Mech pilots who are struggling
from one job to another, not directly affiliated with any clan or organization
but out for themselves. It takes money to buy and modify 'Mechs...
Serious money! The kind of money men can only make through salvage
and hard battles slugging it out against targets worth their weight in
gold (and technology!). So these guys put their necks out on the
line in the hope of upgrading their collection of rag-tag war-torn 'Mechs.

I (The Gaming
Co-ordinator and Web Master, Mark Philp) am attempting to accertain what's
going on with War Gaming at the AGA
at the moment. I should have an idea by Sunday 27th June...
It's just a matter of verifying what's coming up. I believe a World
War II 'Rapid Fire' scenario set on the airfields of Crete is being planned,
as well as a historical DBM scenario of some kind. More details will
be appearing soon! For information on Games currently running jump
to our Ongoing Games Page.

One year ago Amaeus was the designated world within the fringes of White Clan space where crucial peace-talks relating to the Four Clans War (between Red, Blue, Green and Gold Clans) were held. During the talks Black Clan invaded Amaeus, eventually wiping out all those who attended the conference save for a small unit of Gold Clan troops who managed to escape off-world via an orbital drop-ship.
Now, Amaeus VII is a key Black Clan listening and re-supply post that has been used to launch their invasion against the ever-peaceful White Clan. White Clan understands what lies before them as they look back on the Four Clans War… Years of death and desolation await if they allow Black Clan to ravage their worlds. So, in order to strike back at Black Clan and end the War before it escalates any further White Clan must act! And act now!
White Clan Strategists have assessed that the re-capture and fortification of Amaeus VII in the fringes of now-contested space would break Black Clan’s major supply lines, knock out a major intelligence-gathering listening post, and slow down its advance long enough for White Clan to reinforce their worlds (not to mention be a morale boost to the Clan in general). So, ill equipped and with nothing but luck on their side, a small unit of White Clan troops have been mustered and assigned a great task for the very security of the Clan they know and love!
A very simple
Battletech scenario for anyone who's interested in either learning the
Game or familiarising themselves with FASA's latest version of the Battletech
rules. Only 3025 'Mechs and basic technology will be used.
